Focus
Attack / defence / midfield / goalkeeper give that line +2 on the daily training gain. "Balanced" gives everyone only half a point (barely noticeable). "Recovery" barely trains (+1 for all) but regenerates +23 to +27 fitness every day (more at lower intensity) - the "Rest" toggle gives +30, but no training point.
Intensity
Curve across 0–100%: more training gain (up to +2.5), but less fitness recovery (+12 at 0%, +6 at 50%, ±0 at 100% per day). At 50% about +1.4 points and +6 fitness.
Training points
Progress (0–100). On matchday 9, 18 and 27 and on the planning day at the season turn, each full 100 points convert to +1 strength - capped at potential.
Experience
Grows from match appearances (0–100) and is converted to strength on the same days.
Potential
Shown as a step "low/medium/high" - the gap from current strength to the reachable ceiling, not the end level.
Fitness
Freshness from 0–100. Low fitness raises the injury risk and lowers performance.
Morale
Mood from 0–100. Rises on wins, drops on losses, small effect on daily form.

Good to know

  • The "Player training points" table shows, per player, how many training points he gets with the next calculation and how his fitness changes - live, depending on focus and intensity. The daily gain is always at least +1.
  • Individual training teaches one player a new skill (limited slots). The first skill takes 20 matchdays, each further one 10 more; a better training ground shortens this a little.
  • "Resting" takes a player out of training and out of every lineup: they recover strongly (+30 fitness) but cannot play. Meant for bench players and rotation.
  • Conversion happens on matchday 9, 18 and 27 and on the planning day at the season turn (so the points from the final matchdays of a season aren't lost); the dashboard "Training progress" box shows the next date and who is close to an increase.
  • Clicking a player name opens the player page.
  • A match costs up to 10 fitness (play style and heat change that), training at 50% intensity gives back only +6. Players who play a lot get tired: "Resting", the recovery focus or rotation make up for it. Below 55 fitness injury risk looms (⚠).
  • A golden ★ instead of the potential triangles means: final strength reached - training will not improve the player any further.

Change history

  • “Rest” now gives +30 instead of +20 fitness per day.
