Terms

Name
Player's first and last name.
Position
Main position (GK, CB, DM, ST …). The bracketed tag is the finer role, e.g. (LIB).
Strength
Playing strength from 1 to 99 - the key performance value.
Potential
A coarse "low/medium/high": the gap from current strength to the ceiling reachable through training. Only visible for your own squad.
Fitness
Freshness from 0–100. Has a noticeable effect on performance; low fitness raises the injury risk.
Morale
Mood from 0 to 100, colour-coded. Rises on wins, drops on losses, small effect on daily form.
Special
Learned skills shown as icons. "–" means none.
Age
Age in years. Depending on position, strength declines from the late 20s.
Salary
Salary per season. On every matchday 1/34 of it is deducted from your budget.
Contract
Time left in matchdays. "Free" = no contract.

Good to know

  • Last column: "Extend" appears once 12 or fewer matchdays remain, otherwise a lock.
  • Clicking "Extend" opens the salary negotiation.
  • Clicking a player name opens the player page with all values, awards and the season history.
  • “Release” parts with a player immediately: he receives half of his remaining salary until the end of his contract as severance and becomes a free agent. The squad must keep at least 14 players.
  • If fitness drops below 55, a pulsing ⚠ shows injury risk: if you play that player, they can get injured. Anyone with at least 55 before the match is safe - rest them afterwards.
  • A golden ★ instead of the potential triangles means: final strength reached - training will not improve the player any further.
  • Match practice: players aged 24 or older who play fewer than 5 matches in a season (league, national cup, Global Championship) lose 1 strength at season end - even if they were resting or injured. Players who join mid-season need proportionally fewer. Potential stays, so the point can be earned back.

Change history

  • New match practice rule: players aged 24 or older with fewer than 5 appearances in a season (league, national cup, Global Championship) lose 1 strength at season end. New signings need proportionally fewer appearances.
