Lineup strength
In "Your league for season N" all teams are sorted by it - the average of the eleven that would take the field (empty lineup slots auto-filled with the strongest players). Click a club to open its page.
Strength (prospect)
The candidate's current playing strength. Youth deliberately starts below league level - a prospect's value is in how far they develop.
Potential
The ceiling that strength can climb to through training and match practice - never above it. The "low/medium/high" label is the gap between today's strength and that ceiling, i.e. how much growth is left (not the absolute end level). A prospect usually reaches their potential in 4-6 seasons and holds it into their late 20s, then age-related decline sets in.
Travelling squad (camp)
Via "Who's travelling?" you can see which players are too unfit (or injured) and stay home - they then get neither the bonus nor the fitness cost.

Good to know

  • Pick the sponsor for the coming season.
  • Book a training camp (flat fee): costs budget, gives the travelling squad training and experience points (some short-term fitness loss).
  • Scout youth talents: you decide under Youth, the prospects wait until matchday 5. The youth academy in the stadium surroundings presents one more prospect per level (level 0 = 3, level 5 = 8).
  • The planning day ends automatically with the next calculation (once a day).
