Terms

Capacity
Seats per stand (North/South/West/East) by build type.
Condition
Open stands lose condition every matchday and with it usable seats; repairs keep it up. Covered stands do not decay.
Construction
Expansion: 3 matchdays plus 10 per 1,000 new places. Adding a roof keeps the places; terrace → seats loses a third of the places, seats → terrace adds half. A roof cannot be removed again. The whole stand is closed during construction.
Facilities
Buildings like training ground, rehab, youth or floodlights with lasting bonuses.
Crowd
How many fans come depends on the strength of both teams, the league and the ticket price. Strong opponents and a higher league draw far more.

Good to know

  • The attendance history shows crowd, ticket prices and income per home match.
  • Every stand sells at its own price: a cheap stand fills up faster, an expensive one earns more per seat.
  • If your stadium is sold out regularly, more people want in than fit - a higher price or an expansion pays off. If it stays half empty, expanding brings nothing.
  • More comfort, higher prices: on seats and under a roof demand falls more slowly as the price rises than on open terraces – covered seats tolerate the highest prices. In return seats cost twice as much. Every stand holds at most 50,000 places, whatever its type.
  • The stadium picture grows with you: every stand is drawn as big as its capacity, roofs appear once they are built.
  • Around the stadium the grounds grow with your facilities. Clicking a facility or an empty plot starts the expansion.
  • With Premium you design the roof, facade, colours, shape, lettering on the seats, a night view and walking fans yourself.
  • You can look at other clubs' stadiums from their club page ("View stadium").
