Champions' trophies, the Super Cup and academy stories
A new week brings a trophy for every national champion, a Super Cup to open the season and more life in the youth academy.

Achievements & statsThe champion of the top league in each of the 52 countries now lifts its own trophy: many are modelled on the country's real trophy, the others are designed from national colours and symbols. Runners-up and lower leagues keep their existing trophies, and titles you have already won show the new one too. The Global Championship winner gets a ring-sphere trophy (rings like orbits around a golden ball), the Nations Trophy winner a golden torch with colourful pennants.
CompetitionsThe Super Cup is here: in every country the league champion meets the cup winner (if one club won both, the league runner-up steps in). It is a single match that opens the new season: it is drawn on matchday 34 and played in the last calculation before the planning day, with extra time and penalties if needed, and always with a replay. Winner and loser both get a trophy and prize money (1 million for the winner, 300,000 for the loser), and the winner also earns the "Super Cup winner" badge. You find it in Competitions on the national cup tab, on the dashboard and in History.
Club lifeClub life now includes the youth academy: six new stories about your talents – exams, training with the pros, a youth tournament abroad, a parents' visit, a rival scout and a turn as ball boy at the home match. They affect the talent's morale, development or how reliably the potential can be assessed.
Club lifeClub life stories you have answered now appear in your next newspaper.
Club museumNew badge "Homegrown": a player from your own youth academy has played 10 competitive matches for the club. You can see it in the club museum.
