Overview

Good to know

• National cup and Global Championship: the round filter shows the fixtures. Finished finals stay visible until the new season.
• Each fixture shows both teams' lineup strength - the average of the eleven that takes the field (for played matches the value at the time, ⚠ = understaffed).
• The replay button opens a match even if you were not involved - as long as a replay exists.
• Own cups: league (6-18 teams, 6-10 with home and away), knockout (4-32) or groups + knockout (8-32). League/group matches and knockout rounds optionally over two legs; the final is always a single match.
• Registration: minimum and maximum plus a deadline. A full cup starts right away; from the minimum you can start it yourself, otherwise the deadline decides - too few sign-ups = cancelled, every entry fee is refunded. Open cups are on the notice board, where any manager can sign up.
• You pick exactly as many free matchdays as the mode needs. A club never plays two own cups on the same matchday. Without Premium: one participation and one own cup at a time; with Premium unlimited participations and up to three own cups.
• Money: entry fee at most 1 million; the host pays too if playing. Pot = entry fees minus 10% association levy, split by your key. No gate income, no effect on fitness, morale, injuries or suspensions.
• A finished cup can be hosted again next season - with a roll of honour of all editions. The "Participant" tag marks cups you were only invited to.
• Cup prize money from the round of 16 on (reaching the round of 16 / quarter-final / semi-final / final, the title on top) - shown as "Cup / Championship prize" in the finances screen.
